Outstanding results
Kate and her team did a terrific job with my listing and surpassed expectations. Everything was clear and transparent and her advice was informative and helpful getting our place ready to lease. We had one inspection and managed to get a great application from it, even above asking price. Would highly recommend Kate and her team at McGrath. Job well done guys.

Peace of mind
Having been a client of McGrath realestate for some time now, I appreciate the fact that all my rental needs are covered especially in cases of emergency, blown pipes etc. The annual inspections are also looked after for me without me having to remember when they occur then having to chase them up.
