Great agents to deal with
We rent through McGrath Real Estate, Ballarat. Sally and Hollie have been brilliant to deal with. Fast to respond, great communication and a great team to rent through. Nothing has been too much trouble and we can tell they expect the best for their land lords and tenants to make it a win-win experience for all.

Excellent service
I could not have asked for a better experience when listing my property with the McGrath rental team. With COVID hitting just as my property was completed I was worried it would be on the market for an extended period. McGrath managed to find me a tenant within a week! Relieved me of a great deal of stress. Thanks to Leonie and the team.

The best real estate I have dealt with
I am a long term renter, I have been for decades. I’ve dealt with no less than 7 different agents. McGrath have so far been the very best to deal with. They are very professional, efficient, and extremely thorough (I’ve never seen a condition report like theirs). I am extremely happy to be renting through them, and if I ever had to recommend a real estate agent for either rent or sale, I will be recommending McGrath.

Personal and prompt service

Fantastic renting experience

Wonderful efficient professional agency
Hollie and the team at McGrath had the difficult task of letting my property right as the coronavirus pandemic was hitting Australia. They adapted quickly to the government restrictions and were able to offer one on one and video inspections so that our place could still be let. Our house was let within a week of advertising, despite the difficult climate! Hollie was extremely professional and efficient. She responded quickly to organise a number of external providers to get the house ready to be let such as a hard rubbish removalist and gardener. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process, I couldn't recommend her more highly! Thank you McGrath!
