Not a seamless experience
McGrath started off alright looking after our rental property but then found we had to chase things. Items that should have been done prior to renting it out, were not done. Then all these other inspections that we were not told about (and cost us) were pushed upon us. This was after they did the initial inspection when purchasing the property (from them) as an investment. These 'issues' were not rectified at sale time, only when we used them to rent it. Then we had to reconcile our own rental income as they miscalculated what they owed us and we had a shortfall in income.

Seamless Experience
Taneya was so helpful, we relocated from Melbourne to Ballarat and she organised videos and an inspection of the property. She was supportive and always willing to help, so quickly too! Could not have done it without her.

Early days yet as we haven't moved in, but so far so good. Our experiences have all been positive.
Leonie has been very pleasant. At her open for inspections she takes the time to actually talk to prospective renters, to give information and the opportunity to ask questions. This is unlike our experience at other opens where the agent merely opens the door and waits outside perusing their phone till the 10 minutes is up. Leonie responds quickly to emails, is efficient and courteous. We look forward to having her as our property manager.

Amazing from Start to finish
