Matt has a very easy going nature, great communicator, kept me informed of inspections and outcomes. I felt he has a very good knowledge of rural properties, what the market is doing and presented the property for sale with a great video. He always replied to my phone calls and answered my questions. He gave me confidence in the sale and was a calming influence on settlement.
