From the beginning I was impressed with Sean and the team we initially chose McGrath based on comparable properties they had sold in our area. We made first contact before the property was finished and Sean guided us on what to focus on to meet the market. As we neared completion he put us in contact with a professional property stager and ensured the photography was on point. In a cooling market he showed a lot of people our property and found a buyer the whole process was well managed nothing was too hard for the team and to top it all off settlement was completed early.
