We first came across Scott when we were buying (upsizing) and my wife and I both thought Scott was such a delight to deal with, so personable (without being over the top) and so responsive to questions and information requests. Following that experience, we decided to use Scott to sell our apartment and he did not disappoint. Scott made the selling process so easy for us. Our neighbours who came though during open house also told us how impressed they were with him - how he came across and dealt with any queries they had including on strata etc. We could not recommend him highly enough and we would absolutely use him if we need a real estate agent again.

We enjoyed working with Cindy and her team in the sale of our Drummoyne unit. All were professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout what could otherwise be a stressful sales process. Ahead of the sale Cindy provided accurate advice on the projected sales figures, and we achieved a good sale price for our unit. Throughout the sale process Cindy and Scott ensured we were well informed on the levels of interest, and we felt their advice on accepting an offer for sale ahead of the planned auction was sound. We also used the McGrath team of painters/cleaners/floor guys/handymen to get the unit ready for sale, as well as the recommended stylist, all overseen by Scott who deserves a special mention. This made it a relatively straightfoward affair to get the property ready for sale, and it looked great by the time it made it to the market. We would highly recommend Cindy and team, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have recently had the please of having Scott sell my family home. At all times Scott I was extremely impressed with Scott's focus on the task at hand. Whether it was guiding the photographer, assisting with the staging company or fitting in extra inspections for prospective buyers. Throughout the minefield of questions posed during a sale, Scott methodical calm approach was the steady hand that helped achieved an excellent sales result. Should I required an agent in the future I would be very please for Scott to take carriage of that assignment.

We met Cindy many years ago, and intermittently asked her to appraise our home to sell. Cindy always gave us an honest view, and never did we feel the pressure to sell before we were ready. After 44 years we very suddenly decided it was time, and went straight to Cindy. Ok, what did we need to do? Internal painting, few repairs, carpet, cleaning and styling. Cindy had all those needed contacts that allowed us to have the home on the market within 4 weeks. We met her wonderful colleague Scott along the way, and together they coordinated all this for us mostly, so we could concentrate on packing up the house contents. Honestly, both Cindy and Scott made us feel we were their only clients. Not only did they support us with getting it ready, but supported us in those moments of doubt we could be ready on time. RIchard also kept us up to date on important matters. Open house began but we received many calls to advise they were showing potential buyers through outside the open homes.
