An excellent professional who knows the area and is a lovely human being as well!

We are the executors of our mother's estate and had the task of selling the family home of 60+ years. The house was looking a bit tired and well-worn and it was difficult to know what was the most effective way to take it to market. Kate was enthusiastic about the strong points of the house and encouraged us to see what work we could do in a short period to enhance it's appearance. She was always available to us either by text or phone and was always happy, sunny, positive and supportive. Her communication with us could not be faulted. She supplied statistical information regularly and summaries of open house and enquiries constantly. We were able to place our trust in her guidance and in her advice about what the market was doing. We are very happy with the price received at auction, coming in well above the reserve and we feel we would not have achieved this without Kate's expertise and professionalism. In recent years, we have experienced disappointment in many of our institutions and leaders. It has been an extremely positive experience to witness Kate's compassion, knowledge, enthusiasm and above all, her professionalism and discretion.
