We are the executors of our mother's estate and had the task of selling the family home of 60+ years. Through the whole process, from pre-sale repairs and painting to the auction day, we felt an easy rapport and sense of trust that Kate was on our side and we were in safe hands. We could contact her any time and she was also proactive in reaching out, and it was obvious customers also warmed to her. She managed the process really well and got us the price we needed in a softening market.

We've had a superb experience and amazing results selling two properties with Kate.
