I cannot recommend George and the McGrath Bankstown team enough. George is not only extremely knowledgeable with years of experience and success under his belt but is so humble about the way he runs his business. He treats you like a family member and keeps you in the loop at every turn. We wanted someone to really look after my mum and the sale of her property, and I cannot fault him after such a fantastic result in the first open home! We found Michael Hassen a pleasure to deal with right from the start. His local knowledge, contacts, years of experience and high level of communications made the whole selling experience that much less stressful. He managed both our expectations and those of the potential buyers, conducted regular open houses and gave honest and open feedback to us on little improvements we could apply to our home, all of which made a big difference on sale day. Michael's communications were fantastic. Regular updates, questions to and from us, topical advice and forward planning kept us informed and in the loop at all times. Nothing was a problem. Special mentions go to Abbass and Ahmed as they ably assisted Michael every step of the way and fielded enquiries from potential buyers. They were always pleasant and great to deal with. We thank Michael and his team for their experience, their organising skills and management of the whole process including photos, listings, signs, open houses, advertising and the auction process.
