Fantastic, thorough, well researched Agent
George thoroughly knew the market where our apartment was located and imparted this knowledge into our marketing plan. The marketing strategy was well thought out and implemented. Great photography and content rounded out a great campaign. We were extremely happy with our result and we are sure that it was the diligent effort of George that made it possible. Honest Agent - Hard to find
Basically gave us an estimate of pretty much what we bought the house at auction for. Did not under quote/get our hopes up, done the seller justice by getting interested parties at the price the seller wanted and done us the buyers justice by not wasting our time. We need more honest agents like Michael Hassen!!!

The whole sale process with George Kapos and the team at McGrath Bankstown was amazing. Their experience, confidence and management of the sale process was seamless and went exactly to the plan that was originally laid out by George.
