This is the 3rd time we have listed our property on sale with george and Mcgrath and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Sold my second property at a time where the market wasn’t doing very well and surely enough i was able to profit. This time around during covid and yet again George has impressed us by going above and beyond and hitting not only the reserve but also going over the market value. As a seller I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to george and the entire team.

A pleasure dealing with George and his team for the sale of our property. There are a number of things that are noteworthy: - the insight into the local market - ability to cast a wide net for marketing - time taken to establish rapport with the tenant - insight on potential buyers, their preferences and budgets prior to auction All of these things any many other one percenters made us feel comfortable that all avenues had been exhausted and we were getting the best outcome for our property.
