Strategic advisor with heart
Kylie is a transparent and hard-working agent who is very reliable and experienced. She knows the market very well which gave us good confidence that her proposed sales strategy would work. She managed our expectations well whilst understanding our situation and the way that we assessed the upcoming sale of our property. In the end, results count and she delivered on that incredibly quickly in a tricky market for both, us as the vendor and the purchaser. We would definitely work with Kylie again.

Excellent communicator the best agent I have ever purchased from in 25 years
I recently purchased a property with Kylie as the selling agent, and I can honestly say it was a five-star experience from start to finish. Kylie was extremely professional, incredibly helpful, and always kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was her communication — she returned calls promptly and was always available when I needed her. On several occasions, I called late in the day, and she never hesitated to take the call, even outside of normal business hours. Kylie also went above and beyond by providing detailed rental return history and recent purchase data, which helped me enormously. As I was not familiar with the market at the beginning of the process, this insight gave me confidence and clarity in making my decision. After 25 years of buying properties, this has been the best service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Kylie to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent.

Great communication and Happy with Result.
