Throughout the campaign Nick proactively kept us up to date, and through the process we also got a sense that Nick genuinely cared and supported his buyers as well who no doubt established a good relationship with him. When we were in the process of selecting an agent in Beecroft, our vetting process included making sure that our agent could execute autonomously on our instructions (with quality) and one that could be trusted to work hard for us, as we are delegators due to out busy schedules, Nick did not let us down.
