All agents involved have been helpful, pleasant and not overbearing. Communication was always clear, upfront and timely and this resulted in a streamlined experience. We were very pleasantly supposed, that out negotiation with the vendors didn’t appear to involve any other potential buyers and Nick was quite fair and reasonable in his discussions with us on the phone. a small note that our offer was initially lost in the the inbox of an agent who was not working on the day - perhaps it would be useful to clearly outline who is appropriate for potential purchasers to contact when they are phoned post inspection.
