It was Belinda’s thorough and realistic knowledge of Beecroft market that was the deciding factor in entrusting her to sell our much loved family home. The property we sold had been rented through McGrath for a number of years, so Nick and the team did a fantastic job getting the property ready for sale, making it look amazing, taking care and attention to detail. Throughout the sale process Nick and team kept us well informed of how the campaign was going. As the campaign progressed Nick was able to adapt and navigate to changing circumstances and in the end achieved an outcome that met our expectations. Nick first came to meet with us on a Saturday (a real estates busiest day) He was calm not rushed and spent quality time go over every aspect. This filtered down through Nicks whole team - they were all calm, responsive super helpful and a pleasure to work with.
