Nick helped us with the sale of our property, starting with talking us through his plan. We preferred to not use an auction, and Nick smoothly incorporated our wishes. Nick also recommended tradespeople and services. The property styling and presentation was excellent. Early in the campaign it became clear that conditions were good for an auction, and Nick switched to an auction. Nick kept us informed every step of the way.
