Nick Bedford visited us prior to the sale of our property and was by far the most professional agent that we had meetings with in our area. Nick outlined the campaign and the best way that he thought was appropriate for selling our home. Nick was aware that we were both time poor and he was able to use his team of stylists, painters, handymen, builders and pest control experts to get our home ready for sale. Nick then ran an expression of interest campaign on our property taking into account our wishes for the campaign to be private and confidential. Nick showed genuinely interested clients through our home and was able to find two clients who fell in love with our home. This resulted in us receiving a very good result when the house sold. Nick was a good communicator through the whole process keeping us in the loop when clients made comments and offers. It was important to us that we could establish a strong rapport with the chosen Agent, as at the end of the day, he or she is selling our home, not just selling bricks and mortar. At our first meeting, Nick was exceptionally professional, but at the same time very personable. In no way arrogant, he displayed a level of confidence in himself, his knowledge of comparable properties, potential buyers and his ability to achieve a strong price. He has a very reassuring style. During our sale campaign, the market was very sluggish, but Nick was always positive, always.
