Most important to our family was that Belinda gave us an initial estimate after that meeting of what she believed our house would sell for and, indeed, it sold marginally over her estimate. Belinda was very helpful with her suggestions on presenting our family home to its best advantage and, at the same time, always complimentary about its existing features. Belinda’s attention to detail was impressive - she always presented us with all the latest data on sales in the area and after each open house she updated us immediately so we were never left wondering. My parents were both working doctors and in 1968 had built our home at 22 Norma Crescent to both raise family and to continue in their professional capacity. Every part of the house design was instructed by my parents with quality in mind so Belinda had to work around much family sentiment and accommodate all our family’s input. She did it with the utmost professional care and we were very happy with the result.
