We have engaged the services of McGrath Beerwah since we bought our property in Peregian Springs. The team there is always "on the ball" in managing and administrating our house and often go well beyond what could reasonably be expected. As owners who were previously based overseas and are now interstate, the lovely ladies from McGrath always keep us well informed of any issues that may need addressing. Especially during recent unfortunate events with bush fires and this year's floods, they called us on a near daily basis (and even multiple times a day, when needed) to keep us informed of any developments. The next time we are up in Queensland, a round of coffees and Cake for the office will be forthcoming!

Recently, after 16 years of renting a home and with a demanding market at present, understandly our home was put on the market and with the lovely Cassie in charge it was a quick sale.
