After having our Cambewarra property on the market for over 9 months with another local agent, we make the decision to jump ship to Mira and her McGraths Berry team. From the minute they entered the house we were confident we had made the right decision. Mira and Margot were able to immediately capture those details of the house that we thought we its selling points - and the subsequent result - a sale within 24hrs of the first open house!!
