Not ever having had to go through this experience before, it was difficult to navigate what needed to happen and when and what service/contractor I needed. From my first meeting with Joel I felt he understood what I needed, he was very realistic with the sale result we would achieve and he was honest with feedback on how to get my mums house ready for sale. We had a very good result on auction day, Joel and his team where there at every step to guide me and give me support in every little thing that needed to take place leading up to auction.
