Lightning sale!
Peter recently sold my father's house over one weekend!-a sale which I thought would have taken much longer considering the state of the house.He was always prompt and polite with quick appropriate feedback and acted I'm sure in our best interest-and got us a price which was beyond our expectations. Exceptional service and advice.
From the first conversation with Joel, we found him to be professional and easy to speak with, communicated great through the whole process. COVID, created a number of issues, however these were dealt with in a professional manner. Joel couldn't be at our home during the inspections however his team provided exceptional service not only to us but to prospective purchasers. Property sold above guide, with Joel closing the deal.
