When we did our research, we met with another 3 real estate agent in the area. From the time I was in contact with Joel, I knew I would be really comfortable working with him. When he came to value our house, we were only looking at option whether to sell. Joel gave a very honest, no judgemental and no obligation advise. When we are certain and ready to sell the house 3 months later, we have no doubt to work with Joel. All of his team has been a great support and communicator. I always been updated with what's going on and the process. They all very professional and friendly. They reached a great result of selling my house, over 25K above our expectation or close to 20K from what he was predicted.
