Ripple was amazing to work with in selling our home. From our initial enquiry about her services through to completing all the work required post sale, our experience was fantastic. Her timely communication (we were able to do this via Whatsapp), regular phone check ins and the detail of reporting provided kept us updated on the journey. She was able to negotiate a sale for us in stage 4 lockdown with an investor who was unable to inspect the property, and also achieve a great price. Thank you!

It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to be lied to over and over by Ripple. From the moment she sold us our property she was not truthful in the fact that property would not be ready by the date of settlement as it had not passed council inspections. We had purchased new furniture & had nowhere to store it, due to the fact we were told our house would be ready in early February, we had to go through a solicitor in order to get our settlement five months later! Not to mention we had our upcoming wedding, with all our RSVP cards being delivered to our property and we were not even told the agent was taking the RSVP cards and storing them in the house. I would not recommend buying a property through Ripple, as she caused us a lot of stress and frustrations.

After more than 6 frustrating months of searching for an apartment to buy and dealing with all sorts of dodgy agents, I thankfully met JM at an open for inspection in Richmond and knew straight away that he was different in the way he works. I could not speak highly enough of JM and my experience of buying my apartment with him. He negotiated a very reasonable price and guided me through the whole process. He always followed through on his promises in the time frame he said, which makes such a difference when you're in a position of buying a home, one of the most stressful things you can do and he took to stress out of it! It was a breath of fresh air! Thanks soo much to JM for the unbeatable standard he operates at, we need more agents like him!
