Steve and his team had clear discussions on a strategy in selling the house from the start. They were able to assist with contractors to get the house ready for sale even when we were on a very tight time frame. The house sold 4 days after going to market at a price higher than what was estimated when we ha our initial discussions, you cannot ask for more. As with most things you get what you pay for.
