From the first meeting Tony was confident in his ability to both sell the apartment and also look after us through the process. His approach to the sale was different to the other agents we had spoken to and even though we were against auction in the beginning, he explained why it was the best way forward for us. Throughout the process he and his team communicated well and guided us through. Tony was our contact day to day and it was refreshing to deal directly with the agent we had engaged. He was there for any questions we had and we really appreciated that he deals in facts and is able to apply his experience with the market to our sale.
