Helpful contacts for tradies were shared with no obligation. Sam's suggestions to repaint and stage the property with furnishings enabled us to achieve the price that we did - that was a good call. Sam was a good communicator throughout and gave us time to review the contracts and offers without being pushy. Sam was positive but remained realistic and honest throughout. Overall, Sam made the process very straightforward and removed a lot of stress from the process. He has a calm, open and genuine manner which put us at ease and I imagine this comes across to buyers as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam to family, friends and colleagues and we would choose Sam again if we sell another property.

First, the easy bits; Sam was fantastic. He was professional at all times, communicated perfectly, gave us good advice, promised us a good result and gave us what he promised. He was the consummate professional, well presented, straight up and down, honest and just a real good stamp of person. Sam displayed good local market knowledge and provided us with good advice as to how best to display & market our property which we took on board and ultimately proved to be spot on. Now, the interesting bits....Sam achieved us an excellent result (ok, maybe it was exceptionally excellent!) with the auction of our Balmoral house by utilising all his professional skills AND by understanding and showcasing all the positive aspects of our house to maximise its value to the highest level. Not as simple as it sounds and I find it a rare skill in the modern salesperson to have the intelligence and tenacity to work this side of the purchase/sale. It's worthwhile taking notice of the many testimonials from very satisfied buyers that Sam has sold properties to, testament to his ability to achieve an enjoyable win/win for all parties. The whole process was organised and efficient. All my questions were answered and the group format on What's App worked brilliantly although I did have trouble hearing Tony's voice messages. This was probably me as not too familiar with the programme. My mother was happy with the auction result. From beginning to end we were kept in the loop.
