Tony had a strategy from the start and it worked!
Tony, Denise and the rest of the Belle team were professional, open and honest from the start and throughout the whole process. Tony outlined his strategy and followed it through to achieve a great result. The whole Belle team were incredibly responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the tender process and especially during open homes by providing live updates etc. We could not speak any more highly of Tony and his team and will definitely be using them when the time comes for our next property purchase.

Recent Sale in Morningside
We were recommended Tony's services by a few people in the area. Overall we were greatly impressed by both Tony and his team. In particular we felt that they; 1. Obtained a very good sale price for our property, above our initial expectations 2. Advertised the property very well, which led to a greater number of inspections 3. Adapted commendably to the every changing dynamics in the current climate and through their exceptional communication skills made us feel both fully informed and reassured that they had everything in hand (which they did).

Dream team!
Sam & Kate were great! I am so excited that I now have my dream home. Sam even taught me how to put on the sold sticker ;) Kate was very supportive on the phone during the Auction. Without her I'm not sure I would have got the place!

Competent, professional and reliable.
Tony was professional and reliable from the start. He did not rush us into placing our home on the market, but patiently gave advice and views on both the value and approach. Many agents will likely “tell you want you want to hear”, whereas we found Tony to be honest and accurate in both his appraisal of the property worth and the approach to take with the market. During the sale he was consulting throughout, while ensuring we did not deviate from the agreed process to achieve a sale. Would highly recommend him for our area.

My experience with working with Sam
When I decided to sell my unit at Woolloongabba, I originally came to Belle Property because of my previous connection with Darcy Lord. However, Sam quickly became the main man, and he was thoroughly professional and dedicated in his work and efforts. He worked tirelessly with potential buyers and well managed the process with the tenants in my property which is never an easy or straightforward thing. Tony and his close-knit, organised team of professionals delivered on every undertaking. Their communication was superb from our very first meeting with Tony on our deck to the prompt responses from the fabulous Denise. I loved the data driven voice messages during and after each open house event. Tony is a charming, knowledgeable and successful local agent whose process for auction works! There was no spiel just timely, justified feedback and measured management of our house sale process.
