From the first time I met Tony I thought he would be a fantastic, honest agent. The property was jointly owned so the decision wasn't only mine. We held a interview meeting between Tony, my wife and daughter and I. After also interviewing another agent as well, the unanimous decision was Tony will represent us due to honesty and excellent outline for a campaign toward Auction. Our property was on a main road so not the easiest to sell, but Tony had plans to at least get prospective buyers to look. We ended up with 4 bidders at Auction ( 3 active) and with the chosen Auctioneer ( advised by Tony), we achieved a result above expectations. Tony has excellent knowledge of the East Brisbane area and surrounds and I would recommend him as the number one choice for this area. An absolute gentleman and pleasure to work with.

We have been delighted with Tony and his team all the way through. The communication, care, market knowledge and advices have been on point and consistent. You really see the calibre of the man behind the machine, when 1/2 way through a campaign we took the property off the market, and both Tony and his team took time to understand the pressure that the kids were having with open houses continually- and agreed with us with no recriminations. Belle kept in contact with us regularly, not pushing and giving us space, and then demonstrated with other sales, why it would be prudent to relist. Following Tony's stewardship - we had an unconditional contract 4 days later.
