Everyone knows Tony is the top agent in the area and sells lots of beautiful houses for high prices, well above what our humble townhouse is worth. So we asked him, why would you bother spending your time on our property? Will you be at our open homes? Will you make the phone calls? Will you do all you can to get us the best price? Tony said yes, when he takes on a client, no matter their property's price range, he does the work himself because his reputation matters most. And Tony was good to his word. He was at our open homes. He called the buyers. He even worked through sickness and a family tragedy to get us a fantastic result. He communicated clearly and frequently with us throughout the process and explained everything to us as first-time sellers. Tony has a great team that helps him and that frees him up to do the things you want your agent to be doing. Tony was the only agent we interviewed who gave us a clear worst-case and best-case price range for our sale, and he offered a tiered commission so that he only got a great result if we did too. And we did! There's no doubt in our minds it was because of him. You might think this review is made up or too good to be true. It's real. We're Bulimba locals. We were always kept up to date with the latest in what was happening with our campaign.
