We have just bought our house through Tony and I just kept thinking, if I ever sell a house here, there is only one person I would be calling. Tony is extremely gifted at what he does. We were not ready to buy so soon but we fell in love with the house. Tony made the process so easy, despite the complications we had to overcome to secure the property. He was of course working for the seller but I genuinely believe that is not how Tony views things at all. Tony understands that to achieve results for his clients Iike he can, he has to have both parties interests at heart and he genuinely genuinely does. If it wasn’t for Tony, we would have missed out on buying this house and more to the point, the seller would not have secured the price they wanted, as it had failed to sell at auction. It seemed to me the seller was not willing to negotiate on anything and yet Tony simply focused on what HE could do to satisfy all his client’s demands without the seller even knowing!
