Steven was amazing, his knowledge of the local market and market trends helped us navigate the sale of our late mother's house. He communicated with us constantly keeping us up to date on open house times, feed back from the clients on our property and on anything else we should know. Steven has great attention to detail, is genuine and invested in his clients. He made recommendation on having the house styled to improve appearance, and what advertising avenues we should use to draw customers to our property. I’m not sure being the buyer in this scenario was beneficial… but I guarantee, for that same reason, if we were selling we’d choose his team to represent us too! We had been looking for approx 8 months when we settled, and during this time we have met Kaylee Doylee and Ollie nearly weekly at various open homes - both superb!
