From the very beginning, the whole team were great to deal with. They are professional, personable, and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Getting my mum’s house ready for sale has come with a lot of emotion, as she’s been unwell and moved into care and it’s also the home I grew up in. We set up a drop-box for the keys and they coordinated all the trades, and managed every detail seamlessly. Communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring throughout. Belle was outstanding - organised, proactive, and on top of everything.
