When the time came to sell my townhouse I didn't want to go with one of the big 'number crunching' agencies in Byron. And in fact had my eye on a smaller firm. But as fate would have it as I left my bank I noticed the McGrath office next door. Thinking 'what the heck' I went in to just get an opinion and within half an hour l knew I'd found the people l wanted to work with, namely Ian Daniels and Nick Dunn.
