He was working in a retirement village and was able to help the buyer understand and complete entry ?requirements with management. He negotiated a good but fair price in a difficult retirement village market. He is a true professional.

My whole experience with Ben van Dugteren has been extremely satsifying and with very little stress.

Ben has been excellent throughout the whole process of selling my investment unit in Cairns while residing in Sydney. He has been very open and honest and has communicated clearly at all times. Ben started with a very good level of market knowledge and particularly details of recent sales in the complex. He was able to access unsuccessful buyers of other properties and hence market my property without expensive advertising or dressing up the unit, and without expensive auction costs. The whole process was able to take place while maximising the period that my current tenants could remain in the unit. He is an excellent negotiator and was able to achieve a price in excess of his initial estimated selling price. He has been a consummate professional throughout the whole process.
