I recently rented out a property through Kayla at McGrath Caloundra. As a first time landlord she was amazing in walking me through the process. No questions were too big or small and she went out of her way to answer them and help me with any issues. Kayla replies very quickly to any communication and her patience is never ending. Been using McGrath's service for past two years and love their team! Have seen a series of agents come and go for my property and all of them have been amazing.Special mention to Kayla Johnson who is my current property manager.She is very prompt,pro-active in responding to calls,mails,messages and keeping me informed of the progress/issues on time.She did an amazing job in getting a client for my property in less than two weeks!!Took care of advertising,inspections,applications,helping us finalise the applicants,taking last minute appointment from the photographer before leasing out,with ease and informed us of every progress in the process.Very happy with the team and would definitely recommend Kayla without any second thought!
