We were so lucky to find the McGrath Caloundra team just after purchasing our property. We still live overseas so needed an agent who really cared for our property, as well as our tenants, and we found that with the McGrath Caloundra team. We love the fact that they are a true team and we hear from different team members as and when required. We now have a considerable number of investment properties each with different agents, however, the McGrath Caloundra team is the only property management team we will trust to look after the property we will eventually move into ourselves. Overall, a pleasant experience. The commitment to detail in preparing the property for the rental market was first class. However, it felt like all the information required was slowly released out one email at a time. An example was the Tennant's gift idea that came after we thought we had completed all the steps already. We were pleased with the correspondence and all the staff were helpful.
