The team at McGrath Caloundra have gone over and above ever since we signed up with them to manage our rental property. Peta our property manager is very good to work with. We have had to do some maintenance in the garden, remove a deck, major tree trimming, turf laying etc. Peta found the guys to do the work at a reasonable price. She organised everything and it was done to a high standard. Highly recommend

Zac and I are very happy with our experience renting through McGrath. Emma is our property manager, and she has been absolutely lovely — always keeping us updated and being very helpful throughout the entire process. Once we moved in, she made sure we were comfortable and even came in person to finalise a few details that hadn’t been completed before our move-in date. We’re very happy with her service and how available she’s been to answer our questions. I’d also like to mention the lady at the front desk at the Caloundra office — she was kind and helpful during my first visit to ask some questions. We have utilised the services of McGrath Caloundra for a number of years now as letting agent for our investment property. We recently spent 9 months overseas and as such, we relied heavily on the rental team to manage our property very closely in our absence. During our time away, we unfortunately had an extremely challenging situation where the tenant damaged our property and vacated the property in a very poor state. Whilst this was very stressful to us, we were at peace knowing that Emma and others within the team looked after absolutely everything and acted on our behalf. Emma even lodged the insurance claim for us! At all times, we were kept fully informed of what was occurring and we cannot even describe what that meant to us being so far away. We have been blown away at how professional, friendly, and welcoming the team have been. The rental application process has been extremely quick and easy. Their communication has been impeccable- always keeping us updated.
