Inspection and move in was seamless, as was paying rent and organising repairs as needed. When moving out (break lease) we felt a lack of communication. We were advised a tenant had been found to fill our lease.........but it wasn't until move out date we were informed their move in date would be two weeks later and we therefore needed to cover the rent for this time. This is fine as we broke lease, but as it impacted us financially this was frustrating to not have been informed. We were also informed of an unpaid water bill from 3 months prior which was never issued to us. We requested to be present at the final inspection but were never invited or informed of the outcome until we asked when it was going to occur.......

McGrath have been our investment properties' managing agents for a number of years. When owning investment properties, not everything always runs smoothly .... especially with some tenants.
