Sold in Record time!
We sent the plans for this property through to Scott as soon as we had them approved by council. Scott was straight on to the job and quickly secured a buyer while the build was merely a concrete slab. Although this buyer wasn’t able to proceed in the end, Scott promptly had another buyer lined up who purchased the property mid-way through the construction process and is now the proud new owner of the home. This is just another great example of why we choose to use Scott as an exclusive agent to sell our product.
