Robert was excellent to deal with! I would definitely recommend PRD Nationwide to anyone looking to buy a house the Kyogle area. Robert and his team were able to secure the asking price for the property, and kept me in the loop all the way through the process. I purchased the property through Robert initially and then sought his services for reselling the property when the time was right. Robert will be the first point of call for the next investment property I look to purchase.

Robert Horder and his team were very pleasant and professional to deal with, and went beyond what I’ve experienced with other real estate agents in their commitment to selling our house. Our unusual house was not an easy sell, but Robert’s commitment ensured a buyer was found and the house went for a price that pleased us and the buyer. Robert’s down-to-earth and honest manner gives sellers as well as buyers confidence in his advice. I certainly recommend him to friends and I would engage his services if I was to sell (or buy) in the area again. Murray

I would like to recommend Robert Horder as a selling agent. He is professional and his methods get results. He kept me informed during the process and achieved the highest possible results in a depressed market.

Robert did a fantastic job in his role as agent. His strength lay in his ability to communicate effectively and he always followed up on all enquiries. Robert ensured that the acquisition of our property went smoothly and he kept us regularly updated with any news and information regarding the sale. Robert was always easy to deal with and professional in every aspect.

We were quite happy with the service Robert extended to us. A couple of the qualifications of potential purchasers were not quite up to the mark but then that may have been due to people not knowing exactly what they wanted. Overall performance was very satisfactory. We will be back in the market in February so we will contact you again. Thanks from John and Laura

As a seller I found Robert excellent to deal with from first listing my house until settlement. I found Roberts market knowledge invaluable as I was able to leave everything I his hands throughout the entire process whist still being informed on the progress of the sale. Overall, the sale went very smooth and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Robert to anyone.
