Selling a house can be a stressful and often challenging time. Rob, and his team, Jacob and Jill, helped guide us through the process and were always professional, reliable and respectful. Communication channels were established early and when we had questions or needed clarification, these were dealt with quickly and effectively. Rob made it clear that we were ultimately in control of the process and he was open to our suggestions regarding sales strategy. We had our buyer within a week.

Rob made the entire sales process seamless and overcame a couple of deal breakers to get the sale across the line.

In buying our new residence in the Lismore region PRD was without a doubt the most professional Real Estate Group we have ever dealt with. We had inspected approximately 25 properties and made offers on three of those. We were outbid on two and were treated very badly on the third. When we dealt with PRD and made an offer on our now new residence we were given every assistance immediately. They worked with us all the way through to contract and settlement. Well Done.

Rob’s professional and personal approach to selling my property enabled a smooth and stress free process. I was very happy with the deal and so were the purchasers, which is fantastic! It was sold quickly, with absolutely zero hurdles. As I said, I cannot fault Rob or PRD for their professionalism, service and outcomes they achieve for their clients. Thank you so much Rob and the team at PRD for the amazing job you have done for myself and my family.
