From the initial enquiry to the listing of the property the process was handled efficiently and professionally. Craig and the McGrath team regularly communicated with us so that we were fully informed. We had weekly meetings to appraise us of the previous week's enquiries and open house feedback. The McGrath team worked cohesively at all times. Craig and the team are aware of the purchaser drivers for Castle Cove and had responses ready for all purchaser enquiries. Open Houses were conducted regularly and were generally well attended. The house was listed at a time when the market took a downturn and Craig and the team worked hard to obtain a good result in a difficult market.
