One of our particular challenges was that we were managing the sale on behalf of our parents and were all at some distance from the property. Ana from McGrath Castle Hill was great for our house auction in Rouse Hill. She worked very hard from start to finish, and we really liked that she was honest and always on time, she was never late. ​ The market in our area was very competitive......and we realistically hoped for 2 or 3 bidders. However, thanks to Ana's perfect strategy, we had 4 bidders show up.
