A sudden decision to sell. Several competing estate agents but Tamara had a clear strategy and a natural empathy. (We hadn't moved for 29 years, so it was all new to us). Not the cheapest marketing campaign, not the lowest commision rate but no doubt in our minds. Good advice and referrals on all that preparation, outside and in, and stylists - excellent although I wasn't having my hair done! Once the 'buyers' started to visit, we knew we had done the right thing, Tamara always consulting, explaining and guiding us - always available. Judged the market perfectly, several interesting early bids with some with testing conditions. After the 2nd open day plus umpteen private and 2nd and even 3rd visits, let's move the auction forward. Reasoning clearly explained. Nail biting time, stand in auctioneer the outstanding Zac. Sale at a delightful price, safely exceeding our expectations. If I were selling again in Sydney, (we have several investment properties), I would be calling Tamara FIRST.
