A sudden decision to sell. Several competing estate agents but Tamara had a clear strategy and a natural empathy. (We hadn't moved for 29 years, so it was all new to us). Not the cheapest marketing campaign, not the lowest commision rate but no doubt in our minds. Good advice and referrals on all that preparation, outside and in, and stylists - excellent although I wasn't having my hair done! If I were selling again in Sydney, (we have several investment properties), I would be calling Tamara FIRST.

I met Tamara Wikaruk after Alison Abel at Gracewood highly recommended her. That recommendation did not disappoint. I found Tamara to be highly ethical, hard working and extremely supportive during a personally difficult time of trying to sell during Covid 19.
