It's my pleasure to write this review for David choy and his team of Nora choy and Leah Jenkins at Mcgrath estate agents ( castle Hill). I engaged David and his team for the sale of my home in Castle Hill and he went through the sale process in a very methodical way backed by proven processes he uses over 30 years. He worked with me closely to understand my requirements and came up with an overall strategy to market the property and came up with an excellent marketing plan. David's understanding of the market is amazing and he produced detailed reports of current market condition to come with a pricing range to set the right expectation. David communicates very well and takes your input all along. He is very much customer oriented and seeks to get the best outcome for his customers. Five weeks of campaign with two to three open houses every week resulted in quality buyers and fetched right price at the auction. Good outcome. I found David personable , punctual , hard working with high integrity and respectful. He also assisted me with finding suitable trades people to prepare the property and that was very helpful. After the sale is made he continued his great service until settlement and always available for all queries Overall an excellent positive experience in my engagement with David and his team and I would highly recommend David to any potential seller in the market.
