We have been looking for a property in the Sydney Market for a while and it was David Choy and his team that helped us finally get the property we were looking for in our budget. David had a very proactive consultative approach in trying to first understand what we were looking for within our budget and then working his way through patiently by making sure we were able to tick all the boxes when it came getting the desired house in a desirable suburb. I purchased my home at auction through David in October 2026. Buying at auction in the current Sydney market is stressful, but David made the process clear and professional from first inspection to the fall of the hammer. He was responsive to my questions, provided the information I needed to do my due diligence, and ran a well-organised, transparent auction.
