I've dealt with Real Estate Agents many times over the years. Buying or selling makes you everybody's friend but my experience as a tenant has often been less than pleasant in the past. So, I had low expectations heading into a property inspection and lease negotiation in Mudgee. I could not have been more wrong! The genuine respect she showed to both her client and us as being equally important in a successful rental outcome was evident from the beginning, her punctuality for inspections was greatly appreciated, her transparency about the property built trust, the processes were easy to comply with and the ability to do everything on my phone, including the inspection report, was absolutely amazing - state of the art!
