I've rented two properties from McGrath Central Tablelands Mudgee between 2021 and 2024. My property Manager was an absolute joy to deal with. She was always available to answer questions and to arrange repairs as required. Rent receipts was received promptly. She was helpful and professional in every way. Mia went over and above when the first property I rented got sold and I had to find a new rental. Hope everyone that rent a property gets a Mia Stephenson.

Amber has been an outstanding property manager. We had issues that needed repairing since before we moved in to our rental and she got them done so quickly for us almost a year later when she started and nothing was too big of a problem for her. Her communication with us is fantastic and she always gets back to us as soon as possible. She also keeps us updated on what’s happening with current repairs etc. She is so friendly and easy to approach. We are so grateful to Amber and we hope we can continue our lease with Amber’s support as our Property Manager.
