Hello!! Right from the beginning to end. Professional, punctual, interested. Amazing home!! So private!! Paradise. Asking relevant, professional, necessary questions, to sell. A previous agent from The Property Shop, no interest, at all, phoned us a week later to follow up?? Told us do not approach another agent, you will not get that price. We contacted McGrath, Mudgee, Adam and Callum ventured up, and the rest is history!! SOLD!! For the price we originally thought, based on comps, and what the boys also agreed upon meeting, we asked them what THEY thought our home worth?? Yep, in agreement. Awesome. We had one open house, and Adams professionalism and interest, went above and beyond, for an achieved outcome for all, including the new owners. Sold in roughly two weeks. Thank you Adam! And Callum!
