Adam seemed to be the most highly rated Agent in the district when we were looking for someone to sell our cottage and he did not disappoint. We were pleased with the final result achieved using a marketing method of 'Market Preview'. Should I sell again I would elect to sell by auction, more competitive and transparent for bidders. This may be an outdated form of selling but one I am familiar with but now will never know which method would have yielded the highest price.
